Refund Policy

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly into your debit/credit card or online accounts. Refunds will be subject to the following:

1. Orders paid online using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will be refunded only to your bank account within 7-21 working days from approval of refund request.

2. For Cash on Delivery payments, payment will be transferred to your bank account. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide bank details once the product is returned or return pick up is done. The Customer has to provide the bank details within 3 months from the date of return or else LatestOne will not be responsible to refund the money.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category. 

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. 

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. You will need to send the product to manufacturers address. Manufacturers reserve the right to decline warranty service or change the terms of replacement warranty at any time.
